Maryville, TN – The Blount County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee will host a child safety seat clinic on Saturday, May 9, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Carpenters Elementary School in Maryville.

The event will take place at 915 Huffstetler Road and will be staffed by trained and certified child passenger safety technicians from the sheriff’s office.

Officials said the clinic will provide assistance with child car seat installation and help ensure that safety seats are properly fitted to both the child and the vehicle, as well as securely anchored.

The sheriff’s office regularly hosts similar clinics throughout the year at various locations, with events announced in advance on its official Facebook page.
