Maryville, TN – The Maryville City Government announced that a section of W. Church Avenue will temporarily close on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, to allow contractors to install new air conditioning units on the roof of the Blackberry Farm building.
According to city officials, the closure will begin at 7 a.m. Traffic in both directions will be detoured during the work.
Access to the parking garage and businesses located on the Cates Street side of the area will remain open throughout the project.
Officials stated that W. Church Avenue will reopen once the equipment installation is completed.
