The TBI began investigating the case on Tuesday after receiving reports of domestic and aggravated assault. The agency determined that Assistant District Attorney Quinn Rodriguez allegedly assaulted a woman multiple times during the incidents.

According to the TBI, Rodriguez is accused of brandishing a firearm, threatening to kill the victim, and striking her with a weapon during one of the assaults.
