WALLAND, Tenn. – A Walland man has been charged in connection to a deadly fire that broke out late Sunday night, claiming the lives of three individuals. The fire occurred just after 9 p.m. on Payne Hollow Road, prompting emergency responders to rush to the scene.
Blount County Sheriff James Lee Berrong confirmed that three bodies were discovered the following morning, Monday, January 19. Although the sheriff’s office has not officially released the identities of the victims, family members have identified them as Norma, Delmar, and Cas Farley.
