BOZEMAN, Mont. — It’s been a weird week for MSU basketball with cancellations for both programs after Southern Utah was unable to play due to complications with COVID-19.

The men’s team has found a way to make up at least one of the two games this week.

Thursday, men’s basketball head coach Danny Sprinkle announced they scheduled a nonconference game against in-state opponent Montana Western.

The game will be on New Year’s Day, with tipoff at 2 p.m. in Bozeman at Worthington Arena.

As of now, there is still no update on if the Bobcats women’s team will be able to find a game to replace their canceled games this week.
