Fatal Crash Involving Car and Motorcycle in North Knox County

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The Knox County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) is investigating a deadly crash that occurred Friday evening in North Knox County. The incident, involving a car and a motorcycle, took place in the 7300 block of Green Estates Way, off East Beaver Creek Drive, around 7:25 p.m.

Preliminary reports from KCSO indicate that the motorcyclist involved in the crash was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have not released additional details regarding the crash or the identities of those involved.

“Our thoughts are with the families affected by this tragic event,” said a statement from the Knox County Sheriff’s Office.

At this time, the cause of the crash remains under investigation. The KCSO is expected to release further information as the investigation progresses.

The sheriff’s office is asking anyone with information regarding the incident to come forward. The identities of the individuals involved have not been disclosed as of the latest update.
