BOZEMAN, Mont. – Looking for something fun and festive to do this weekend? Here are some events going on in the Bozeman area:

Old Fashioned Outdoor Christmas Market

Santa, Frosty, and a helpful elf will be at 303 East Park Street in Livingston to hand out Free goody bags and accept letters to Santa. Santa will be there in person and there will also be fire pits to stay warm, toys for the kids, and a variety of local vendor booths to shop. It’s happening this Saturday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. outside the Visitor Center in Livingston.

Three Forks Christmas Stroll

The Three Forks Chamber of Commerce will be “Keeping Traditions Alive” this Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the annual Christmas Stroll. There will be a parade with lots of classic cars and a traditional tree lighting.  The Christmas Stroll will also be streamed online here.

Santa Paws

Join the Heart of the Valley for a socially distanced Santa Paws! Bring your favorite pet for a holiday photo on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. This year will be different without a live Santa, but there will still be festive photos and fun. More details here.

Santa Run

This year is looking to be a bit different, but you can still grab your Santa hat and support your local schools. Originally planned to be both in-person and virtual, the Santa Run is now a virtual-only event. You can still get signed up for the event this just means that you can choose your own route and complete your 5k when it’s most convenient. More details and sign up here.

Photos with Santa at the Gallatin Valley Mall

Get a jump on your holiday with photos with Santa at the Gallatin Valley Mall beginning on Saturday. This year will look a little different because of COVID-19, but there will be hand-SANTA-tizer available and other fun festivities. Details and times Santa will be at the mall here.

Bozeman Christmas Stroll

The 40th Annual Christmas Stroll will look different this year with no large celebration downtown. Instead of a one-day event, the Downtown Bozeman Association has reimagined the Stroll and is spacing out the holiday cheer over several days. The Christmas Spiders will be lit virtually at 5 p.m. on Saturday. Details here.

Santa at Murray Kennels

On Saturday Santa is stopping by Murray Kennels to help raise money for Tiny-Tails K-9 rescue.  Tiny-Tails had to cancel all of their 2020 fundraising events and Santa is trying to help them out. You can drop in from 3 to 5 p.m. on Saturday for a picture with Santa of call 388-4789 for an earlier appointment with Santa.
